The United States has issued a license to sell 106 Airbus aircraft to Iran, Reuters reported, citing informed sources, that the US Treasury Department has issued a license to sell 106 commercial aircraft of the French company Airbus to Iran. The US Office of Foreign Assets Control issued the license on Monday. Airbus had previously announced that it had received permission to sell 17 of the 118 agreed aircraft. Boeing also approved a license to sell 80 aircraft to Iran Air in the summer. It has the approval of the Senate and the signature of the President. US President Barack Obama has emphasized that he will veto the bill if it is approved by Congress.
