Added 28 customs to virtual expert customs throughout the country

The number of customs offices where the declaration of declarations is done virtually increased with the addition of 28 new customs offices to 72 customs offices. One of the most important customs measures in electronic customs processes is the subject of centralized expertise or Expert Pool.

In the past, there was a direct link between the expert and the client at customs, which increased corruption in the administrative system. However, with the launch of a centralized (virtual) expertise in Iranian customs, after the persons submit the declaration, the expert work is done virtually as soon as possible without a direct connection between the expert and the client. With the implementation of such a system, all customs of the country are seen as one customs and a large part of the work is done electronically and expert personnel in all customs are used properly and optimally in cyberspace and many errors, violations and unnecessary references are prevented. .

With this plan, the distribution of declarations in the customs for virtual expertise is done based on the specialization of the country’s customs, and based on this, the declarations of specialized customs are referred only to virtual experts located in other competent specialized customs.

If the expert needs to see a sample of the goods, the virtual expert will report to the customs of the place of declaration so that the requested items will be done by him and the result will be reported to the initial virtual expert (located in other customs).

Receipt of goods information electronically in the comprehensive system of customs affairs is done by the customs assessment service of the place of declaration and this information is transmitted electronically to the virtual expert.

In case of any dispute or cases in which the virtual expert submits the report, the virtual expert report will be sent directly to the management staff or the customs deputy of the place of declaration.
