It was possible to export gasoline to individuals
The possibility of exporting gasoline was provided for individuals, according to the research institute of the Technical Information Center of Iran, the Iranian Customs announced in a circular that if a license is obtained, it is possible to export gasoline, gas and diesel for individuals.
Iran’s Customs Export Office has issued an updated circular on export regulations for petroleum and petrochemical products. Accordingly, the export of major petroleum products, including kerosene, diesel, gas, gasoline and crude oil, is still monopolized by the Ministry of Oil, and if a license is issued, it can be exported by other people. Currently, some private companies are licensed by the Ministry of Oil. They are active in the field of export of these products and try to market these products in the world markets, which sometimes export these products to the international markets either in their own name or in agreement with the companies under the Ministry of Petroleum. Solid petrochemicals do not need a license except for urea fertilizer, and the export of these products is free by presenting a purchase invoice from petrochemical companies.
It is worth mentioning that the export of bitumen is unrestricted if purchased from the export ring of the Commodity Exchange. Also, the export of various types of sulfur, if it has a gas origin, requires a license from the gas company, and if it has an oil origin, it needs to obtain a license from the oil company. The source for their export is subject to the instructions of the Central Headquarters for Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling and is subject to the opinion of the Standard Organization regarding the lack of subsidized materials. In the latest facilities, 15 groups of oil and gas-derived liquid goods are excluded from the instructions of the Central Headquarters for Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling, and their export is unrestricted after determining their nature.
