Circular of the Anti-Trafficking Headquarters on the exclusion of 15 items of liquid oil and gas derivatives from the scope of anti-trafficking instructions
Circular of the Central Headquarters for Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling regarding the removal of 15 items from liquid oil and gas derivatives, including instructions for preventing and combating the smuggling of subsidized petroleum products, Central Headquarters for Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling by sending a letter to the Technical Deputy and Customs Affairs The Customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran has announced the following:
Following the letter No. 8032/88 / p dated 7/29/88 and in line with the implementation of Article 20 of the Instruction on Prevention of Smuggling and Off-Supply of Subsidized Petroleum Products, the list of goods excluded from this instruction according to the inquiry made from The National Standards Organization is announced as follows.
1- Glycolic compounds (mono-D-tri), 2- Ethanolamine compounds (mono-D-tri), 3- Methanol, 4- Antifreeze, 5- Types of acids, 6- Braking oils, 7- Types of resins, 8- Cutments less than C5, 9-Alcohols and oxalcohols, 10-Ethylene, 11-Alkyd acids, 12-Xylene isomers and their mixtures (meta-ortho-para), 13-Toluene and its compounds, 14- Hexane and its compounds and 15-vinyl acetate monomer. In this regard, Abdolreza Gholami, Director General of the Iranian Customs Export Office, issued a circular, exempting 15 items of liquid oil and gas shipments from the criteria contained in the instructions for preventing smuggling and supplying subsidized petroleum products outside the network by the Central Headquarters for Combating Smuggling. He notified the goods and currency to the executive customs. The text of the circular is as follows: Following the circular No. 177830/194 dated 9/8/88, the subject of Article 20 of the Amendment to the Instruction on Prevention and Combating of Smuggling and Off-Net Supply of Subsidized Petroleum Products, attached to the Picture Letter No. 2978/95 / p. 31/5/95 Dear Deputy of Planning, Supervision and Economic Coordination of the Central Headquarters for Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling, the subject of announcing 15 items of goods outside the scope of the above-mentioned instructions is sent and announced Along with the relevant analysis, a sample to determine the type and nature of the declared consignment is sent to the standard laboratory located at the customs and in case of approval and compliance with the declared consignment, observing all relevant rules and regulations, the usual action is required regarding rows 5 (types of acids). Row 13 (Toluene and its compounds) to comply with current regulations on narcotic precursors (Appendix No. 6 to the list of controlled substances and drugs under the auspices of the International Narcotics Control Board Book of Export and Import Regulations). Please, while taking the necessary action, please inform all executive customs and affiliated units in accordance with the instruction No. 322795/833/4/51, dated 11/28/85, and provide regular continuous supervision for its proper implementation.
