Customs circular on determining the duties of imported wheat
Customs circular regarding the assignment of previously registered imported wheat, which after the letter of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture banning the registration of orders to the country’s customs or points of entry, including the Ports and Shipping Organization (Maritime), Railway of the Islamic Republic of Iran: Head of Import Center And the affairs of the free and special zones of the customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran have announced the circular No. 230/95/118265 dated 06/29/1695 addressed to all the executive customs as follows:
Attached to the photo letter No. 38618/210/95 dated 6/21/95 of the Export and Import Regulations Office of the Trade Development Organization of Iran, attached to letter No. 71706 dated 6/14/95 of the Secretary of the Market Regulation Working Group on determining the duties of imported imported wheat. Previously, after the letter of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture forbidding the registration of orders to the country’s customs or entry points, including the Organization of Ports and Shipping (Maritime), the railway of the Islamic Republic of Iran or until 6/15/95 according to the documents and certificates of the relevant organization Arrive send and announce picks in case of submission of valid order registration:
1. Introduce all importers of imported wheat to the Consumers and Producers Protection Organization to make a commitment.
2- The declarations of imported wheat should be carefully examined in terms of over-declaration.
3- Clearance of all wheat consignments at the points of entry until 15/6/95 is required to pay the exchange rate at the price of the applicant’s currency to the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Also, instruct them to inform the operating bank if the wheat has been declared and cleared by the exchange procedure from 6/15/95 until the notification of this circular.
