Customs circular regarding tire representation certificate

Customs Circular of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the lack of need to provide a tire representation certificate for mining equipment and road construction subject to non-domestic construction, Head of the Center for Import and Free Zones and Customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Circular No. 104989/95/93857/73/203 dated 7/6/1695 addressed to all executive customs as follows:

Following the circular 237347/94/222756/73/416 dated 11/12/94 while sending the picture letter 30474/210/95 dated 19/5/95 of the Export and Import Regulation Office of the Trade Development Organization of Iran Based on the fact that it is not necessary to provide a tire representation certificate for mining and road construction devices subject to non-construction inside (the mentioned tires), please instruct them to act according to the provisions of the above-mentioned letter and observe other relevant regulations as the case may be.
