Export of barley, corn, soybean meal and refined crude oil is unimpeded
Exports of barley, corn, soybean meal and unrefined crude oil are unrestricted.
According to the public relations of Iran Customs, according to the new directive of the Customs Export Office to the executive customs, export of livestock corn with classification code 10059010, barley with classification code 10039000, soybean meal with classification code 23040000 with payment of related export duties (subject of rows 2, 3,6 Tables attached to the 84th row circular dated 2/30/93) are unrestricted and also according to this new decision, the export of refined oils has been declared unrestricted.
- Accordingly, it is obvious that if the consignments are imported and the exchange currency is used to import them, the export formalities will be subject to payment of the difference in the relevant currency and the submission of a settlement letter from the relevant bank.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture in a letter has considered the export of these goods unimpeded and regarding other goods inquired, including wheat and flour, has stated that despite being subsidized, considering the country’s excess needs and considering the possibility Its supply in the export ring of the agricultural commodity exchange based on the approval of the market regulation working group according to the following note of paragraph “one” of the approval of the esteemed Council of Ministers No. 323/93 / M / T 50429 AH dated 16/1/95. It has a market regulation working group.
Iran’s customs had previously held regular meetings with unions, organizations and exporters to request the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture to lift restrictions on the export of these goods. Also, the request to remove the restrictions on the export of wheat and flour is another request of the Iranian customs to remove the export barriers, and the removal of these restrictions has been left to the opinion of the market regulation working group.
According to Iran’s new customs program, joint meetings between customs officials and exporters are held on a weekly basis with the presence of exporters ‘and producers’ associations and unions, in addition to removing export barriers from the problems of producers of export-oriented goods. Problems and obstacles to the export of these goods; Facilities related to the import of raw materials and other intermediate goods should be provided.
