Clearance of dual-use goods from customs
The Food and Drug Administration, after disrupting the clearance of dual-use goods from customs, announced parts of the 1991 agreement between the two organizations to facilitate customs affairs and honor the customs client.
According to the economic correspondent of Tasnim News Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, in order to expedite the clearance of goods, notified Article 2 of the Customs Memorandum and this organization, which was concluded in 1991, for implementation. The letter of the two organizations, which was previously concluded, has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration with the aim of facilitating customs affairs and honoring the client.
It is worth mentioning that in recent days, there have been problems in the clearance of dual-purpose goods, the number of which reaches more than 300 items, from Shahid Rajaei Customs, and Tasnim News Agency had also inquired about this from two organizations. Accordingly, the Food and Drug Administration, by enforcing Article 2 of its previous Memorandum of Understanding with Customs, has created conditions to facilitate the clearance of goods.
