Implementing regulations for product IDs and product tracking

Approval of the Cabinet of Ministers on the Executive Regulations on Commodity Identifications and Tracking of Goods Subject to Article (13) of the Law on Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling: The First Vice President addressed the Approval No. 75642/52403 dated 23/6/1695 to the Ministry of Industry, Mines and The Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Interior and the Central Headquarters for Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling have announced the following:

The Council of Ministers in the meeting of 6/17/1695 at the proposal of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade and with the cooperation of the Central Headquarters for Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling and its executive bodies and based on Article 138 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Note ( 3) Article (13) of the Law on Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling – approved in 1392 – and its subsequent amendments, approved the Executive Regulations on Commodity Identifications and Tracking of Goods subject to the said Article as follows: Law on Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling.
