Mohammad Khodabakhshi stated: According to paragraph b of Article 5 of the Sixth Plan bill, which was approved by the Joint Commission, the share of metropolitan cities, cities and villages in VAT duties was set at 12, 53 and 35 percent, respectively.
He added: “Also, in paragraph c of Article 5 of the Sixth Plan bill, Article 123 of the Fifth Plan Law was replaced, according to which value-added tolls and pollution tolls of production units in each city are distributed among the municipalities and villages of the same city.” If the pollution of large production units (50 people and more) spreads to more than one city in a province, the pollution effects according to the policies announced by the deputy in proportion to the impact on the committees composed of the deputy planning governor, governors of the relevant city, director general of environmental protection And the director general of tax affairs of the province is distributed among the affected cities.
According to him, the meetings of the Joint Commission will be postponed until after the closure of the parliament next week, although the board of the commission will convene on Saturday next week.
