Having an electronic license of Jihad Keshavarzi, all consignments of cashew nuts have been cleared
Iran’s customs announced that all consignments of cashew nuts cleared from the Shiraz Special Economic Zone were licensed electronically by the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture.
The customs explanation states: This week, news was published about the “import of cashew nuts from the Shiraz Special Economic Zone”, which was recorded in the customs statistics. Following the publication of this news, due to the electronicization of customs procedures and the impossibility of clearance of goods in the comprehensive customs system without obtaining legal permits, the comprehensive customs system examined the issue of licenses issued for the said goods and determined: “12 The case of a document related to the import of cashew nuts in the customs of Shiraz Special Economic Zone, which belongs to the products of an Iranian company called Food Industries. Shiraz has been cleared of 30% of the permitted import license in accordance with the rules of the Supreme Council of Free and Special Economic Zones. It is noteworthy that all consignments of peanuts cleared from the Shiraz Special Economic Zone were licensed electronically by the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture. “Therefore, because the clearance of these shipments is from the value added of free and special economic zones, according to the regulations, they do not need to obtain an order registration permit.”
