The internal trade and tracking code system will be operational this year, the head of the e-commerce office said that the foreign trade systems, product identities and warehouses from the comprehensive trade system have been operational so far.
Ramazan Ali Sadeghzadeh Sheikhan, referring to the systems related to the comprehensive trade system, said: “The goods identification system is unveiled and its instructions are implemented and registered in the system according to the instructions of imported goods.” Head of Electronic Commerce Office The Trade Development Organization added: “The foreign trade system is also fulfilling its legal duties due to its interactions with customs, and the exchange of information between the customs unit window and the foreign trade system is taking place based on agreements.”
Sadeghzadeh Sheikhan said: “Therefore, for import, the registration of imported goods is done through its registration system and the required documents, including the business card, are checked and bank exchanges, including currency and rial exchanges related to the rial system and the central bank, are done electronically.”
The head of the e-commerce office of the Trade Development Organization stated: After the goods arrive, the invoices and documents required for clearance are issued by the customs, and then the imported goods are transferred to the warehouses and then reach the consumer in the distribution chain.
He stated that the goods tracking code system will be operational this year as well, adding that there is a connection between the comprehensive trade system and the customs unit window, and there is no problem in this regard.
Sadeghzadeh Sheikhan added: “Currently, 10 groups of goods, including clothing, petrochemicals, home appliances, spare parts, tobacco, mobile phones and the like, which have more smuggled imports of these items, must be registered in the registration system and the import steps.” These goods must be processed in a comprehensive trade system.
