He added: “Since the three-month period of this instruction expired, in order to implement this instruction, we have announced 218 tariff lines (HS) and also 162 corresponding codes (ISIC) to the Trade Union Affairs Office and they to the Export and Import Regulation Office of the Development Organization.” Announced trade.
Mehrabi added: “Investigations by the Center for Guild Affairs and our follow-up revealed that none of the stores supplying clothing products of foreign brands are the main representatives of those companies, but on the other hand there were obstacles to the implementation of this instruction, while the union The production and export of clothing and the clothing association were very persistent in its implementation, and eventually a working group to monitor the follow-up and implementation of instructions was formed based on the order of the minister.
He reminded: with the re-follow-up of Engineer Nematzadeh and the order to form a working group to monitor the follow-up and implementation of this instruction, it has been a while since these tariffs were specified and the customs import instruction has been announced for implementation.
Mehrabi stated: According to Article 3 of the instructions issued by the Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, about 20% of the amount of imports imported in a year must be made by a foreign company or its representative as a joint venture with a domestic producer or outsourced or capital The investment should be made by a foreign manufacturer in the country alone and 50% of this amount should be exported. He stated that now two brands of famous clothing brands want to implement Article 3 and invest in Iran.
He added: Brands that offer their products at low prices in Iran sell their products out of season.
