Regarding the volume of sugar produced so far, he said: “This year, we had predicted that 800,000 tons of sugar would be produced from domestic beet products, of which 814 tons have been extracted so far, and this year, 18 kilograms of sugar have been extracted from every 100 kilograms of beet.”
The deputy director of the state trading company also explained about the situation of sugar extracted from sugarcane: that so far, 500,000 tons of sugar have been extracted from this method and another 500,000 tons will be extracted.
He emphasized: This year, the stock of sugar warehouses is very desirable and we need the country as much as the next 5 months of sugar and we will not have any tension or inflammation in the market.
