The list of special customs in export and import procedures in 1995 by the Deputy Minister of Technical and Customs Affairs of Iran Customs was announced as follows.

Following the circulars No. 225759/92113/642/73/514 dated 19/11/1392 and 99473/525/133/73/235 dated 3/6/1393, and in order to improve the business environment, facilitate and expedite the execution of customs formalities and Clearance of exported and imported goods and in order to reduce the cost of exports and the cost price of imported goods by reducing the time and cost of clearance of exported and imported goods, thereby abolishing special export customs for ferromolybdenum and its products and abolishing special customs imports for dairy goods , Cosmetics, textiles and large home appliances, the latest list of specialized customs in export and import procedures is announced as follows to take the necessary action in full compliance with other regulations and the following:

1- By issuing this instruction, all customs offices authorized to carry out the definitive export procedure, in full compliance with all issued directives and instructions, to take the necessary necessary action to carry out customs formalities for the export of ferromolybdenum goods and its products.

2- All customs offices are allowed to carry out the definitive import procedure, in full compliance with all the circulars and instructions issued, to carry out the customs formalities for the definitive import of sanitary valves, textiles, cosmetics and large household appliances.

3- Circulars No. 199207/113/24/173/368 dated 22/9/1389 on determining the specific customs clearance for sanitary valves, No. 331046/113/462/73/477 dated 19/12/1387 on determining the specific customs clearance clearance Household appliances, No. 191812/525/385/73/216 dated 24/8/1388 regarding the determination of special customs for the clearance of cosmetics, No. 310323/30544/113/462/73/436 dated 23/11/1387 regarding Designation of specific customs clearance of fabrics is canceled.

4- Observance and strict implementation of the provisions of Circulars No. 38952/525/133/73/115 dated 14/8/1373 and 113399/525/133/73/242 dated 12/7/1377 and 260918/525/385/73/322 Dated 11/18/1388 and 343276/525/385/73/483 Dated 15/12/1385 and 230109/525/385/73/378 Dated 16/9/1387 regarding home appliances.

5- Observance and strict implementation of the circulars No. 343276/525/385/73/483 dated 15/12/1385 and No. 90065/24/172 dated 30/4/1389 regarding fabric goods is emphasized.
– List of special customs in the definitive export procedure:

A- It is obvious that the export of goods that are not mentioned in the above list through all customs offices is allowed to carry out customs formalities of export procedure, in compliance with other regulations. B- For temporary departure consignments for repair, completion, exhibition, processing and technical and engineering purposes, it is necessary to return the exported goods only through the same customs for settlement.
