Incentives for dairy exports approved: Deputy Minister of Livestock Affairs of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture said: the incentive package for dairy exports was approved by the government.
Hassan Rokni in his visit to the dairy industry exhibition, pointing out that export incentives are directly available to dairy factories and traders, added: The government has allocated 200 billion tomans in export incentive packages to activists and traders in this field.
He said: the last meeting of negotiations and coordination was held on Tuesday in the Program and Budget Organization and an agreement was reached. The Deputy Minister of Livestock Affairs of the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture added: 25% of the export incentive package to support the producer will be given to the Central Organization of Rural Cooperatives and the rest will be allocated to traders and dairies.
Regarding the export of dairy products to Russia, Rokni said: “Recently, Russia has sent new requests for Iranian dairy products, and after that, the Deputy Minister of Commerce of the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture and the head of the Rural Cooperative Organization left for Russia with a related trade delegation.”
He added: “There is a large market for Iranian dairy products in Russia and soon we will have good news about the export of dairy products to this country.”
Deputy Minister of Livestock Affairs of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture said: in the first 5 months of this year, more than 298 thousand tons of dairy products were exported to Russia and other countries in the region and the export of 1000 tons of milk powder and cheese will be provided Be issued.
Rokni added about the amount of milk production: more than 9 million tons of milk was produced in the 94-95 crop year and it is predicted that 9 million and 600 thousand tons of milk will be produced in the new crop year. He said: for the 96-95 crop year, the amount of export is predicted to be at least 600 thousand tons. The crop year begins on the first of October.
