The import of printing machines was liberalized, following the signing of a memorandum between the Ministers of Culture and Islamic Guidance and Industry, Mining, Trade from June 12, 1996. The import of printing machines, lithography, etc. will not require the permission of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
According to the publication, in the seventh session of June 1996, the Council of Ministers approved the amendments related to the contents of the following chapters of the book of export and import regulations. Removed under Chapter 84.
It should be noted that before this, the import of any printing machines, lithography, engraving, Chinese characters and binding was subject to the permission of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, which removed the above-mentioned contents and from now on importers of printing machines and related units are not needed. They will not have permission from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
