Regarding macroeconomic indicators, Ghavami said: “The tax-to-GDP ratio will increase to 10 percent, and oil revenues will be invested, as well as quantitative indicators that can be monitored.”

In response to the question that it had been argued with tolerance about previous plans that the development plan was a predictable goal, but none of it was in line with reality, Ghavami said: “They tried to look a little more realistic.
