In fact, unlike in the past, when the goods manifest information was submitted to the customs manually and unverified, with the comprehensive customs system and the window of the cross-border trade unit, the goods manifest information is received electronically from the transport companies before entering the customs. Based on this, the electronic manifest information of the bill of lading is issued in the name of the owners of the goods and finally the clearance is issued from the bill of lading and a bill of lading number is given to the owner of the goods at the time of settlement.
